Rehearsal + Ceremony + Cocktail Hour + Reception

For couples who want a professional to manage their entire wedding day from start to finish – ensuring everything runs seamlessly from “I do” through the final sendoff. 

At Homemade Happiness by Lindsay, we believe in a team-centered approach. We approach our wedding day management services with collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Your wedding day is a collective effort! Every vendor brings talent, passion, and artistry to make your special day beautiful and stress-free. We will work alongside your vendor team—communicating clearly, honoring their expertise, and making sure everyone has what they need in order to fully execute their plans to make your wedding day run seamless. 

Travel is included for the first 50 miles each way.

• Initial meet and greet prior to booking. Tell us about your love story, your wedding vision, and how we can best serve you on your wedding day! 
• Once booked, couples will receive a welcome packet detailing the coordination services, including a timeline of meetings and helpful wedding planning and wedding day tips. 
• Three sets of meetings are scheduled to discuss your wedding day details (4 months out, 2 months out, and 1 month out). 
• Couples always have unlimited emails, calls, messaging, etc. We are here to serve our couples in the best way possible – there is no limit on communication! 
• Draft and publish a detailed wedding day timeline and vendor contact sheet. 
• Collect and review vendor contracts. 
• Venue visit, if requested. 
• Work alongside your officiant to provide coordination assistance at your rehearsal.
• Provide full décor setup and teardown with everything the couple plans to provide to the venue (e.g., centerpieces, signage, cookie table, head table decor, etc).
• Serves as the primary point of contact for vendors leading up to and on your wedding day. 
• Provide coordination services for the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (toasts, dinner, dances, cake cutting, etc).
• Cue important moments throughout the day. 
• Assist with wedding party needs.
• Manage wedding day timeline adherence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve impromptu issues. 
• Distribute vendor tips on behalf of the couple at the end of the evening.
• Up to a max of 14 hours of on-site coverage.

Half Day Wedding Coordination 

• Half Day Wedding Coordination is available for receptions only or micro weddings. Please visit the pricing page on our website for further details. 

Add-On Options:

• After-party coordination.
• Receive $100 off any flower wall or flower arch rental when you book our wedding management services.

This is ideal for anyone hosting their wedding or special event at a venue that does not provide setup or teardown services.

Let us take the stress out of your big day! Our Day-Of Decorating package ensures everything looks picture-perfect—without you lifting a finger. From setup to cleanup, we take care of everything for you, so you can live in the moment.

Flawless execution of your decor vision using items you provide to us, including:

• Centerpieces, charger plates, and place settings
• Linens and fabric treatments
• Guestbook, gift, and memory table displays
• Displaying signage and other decorative accents

End-of-evening service that includes:

• Boxing of your cookie table and cake for guest takeaway (if not provided by your venue)
• Carefully and safely repackaging of all decor items and organizing them into your designated vehicles at the end of the event
• A final sweep to ensure nothing is forgotten or left behind
