From the moment I reached out regarding setting up and tearing down services, to the day of my wedding, every little detail was thought of. Her communication skills on top of it were phenomenal. Quick responses and was super clear on everything. She has an organized chart to keep track of all inventory which was super helpful to I think both of us. Helped me feel less stressed and kept me on my own track. I gave her my exact thoughts and she provided the BEST outcomes. She understood my vision and made it come to life. Also, there was a Mother Nature event that occurred with one my decorations and she immediately took action to make it work and ended up having a much better idea. These two deserve everyone’s business. They were the NICEST people!"
